Returns & Warranty
XES Products does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Even in the event that the product you purchased is still sealed in its packaging and has never been opened, we are still unable to accept any returns.
If your product stops functioning within 30 days of receipt, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, please contact us at email@example.com to request an exchange for the same item. Please make sure to include all accessories and packaging in order for the exchange to be issued. In the event that we are out of stock of the specific item, a store credit will be issued for the full price paid. International orders are not covered by this policy.
If your product stops functioning after 30 days, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, you may be eligible for repair or replacement from the manufacturer. If you are unsure if your product has a manufacturer’s warranty, we list it at the bottom of the product description or feel free to contact us.
If you are experiencing issues with a toy that you purchased from XES but that is not an XES branded product, and your toy was purchased more than 30 days ago, contact the product manufacturer.

What is not covered?
Damage caused by:
- Improper use
- Attempting to modify or repair a product
- Submerging products that are not waterproof into water
- Lost or stolen products
